Dear musicfriends and followers,

It is with our UTMOST regret that, again, due to untrue and incorrect rumours, we are forced to place this unfortunate and annoying message on our webpage. Following a beautiful and memorable memorial weekend (Remembrance Sunday November the 9th) culminating in the Drumhead Service at the cemetery of Oosterbeek, our former DM (Mr. G. Alblas) has found it necessary into making you believe that The RBL-TN will no longer invite British musicians for the Market Garden / Airborne weekend of 2015 and beyond. This is categorically untrue. On the contrary, you, our British colleagues are again most welcome!!!

As a matter of fact, we can hereby officially announce and inform you that the RBL-TN already has received the invitation to be the leading band for the Market Garden weekend commemoration 2015 as we were in previous years as well.

As the tradition has already been formed, ALL foreign bands and individual players (Germany, Poland, Switzerland, Luxembourg, England and Scotland) who have participated earlier in the Market Garden commemorations will again (were possible) receive our invitations in due time. So you are invariably welcome again. We will try to inform you as quickly as possible concerning the data and the scores regarding this event.

Our colleague bands from local proximities and beyond who would like to participate in this event are kindly requested to contact our secretary for further information.

Finally, the board of the RBL- the Netherlands would like to inform you about the fact that there is no longer any relationship between the RBL-TN and Mr. G. Alblas.  As such we cannot emphasize enough that Mr. G. Alblas has no authority within our organization nor has he any say over the RBL-TN.
